TV Samples Co-ordinator

Based in Gedney Hill, Spalding, and responsible for assisting with our Shopping TV plan, you'll be an essential link between the buying and selling teams through your co-ordination role. This is very much a hands-on role, with a lot of outdoor work, lifting and carrying products, loading and driving a van etc. You will also ideally be spreadsheet literate, managing sample lists.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for arranging the correct products to appear on TV shows, you will gather together the garden product samples and transport them to Ideal World TV in Peterborough, where our sample area there requires regular restocking, removal of old stock, and maintenance - essentially you'll help with the set dressing of our show.

You will also:

• assist in selecting samples for photography
• assist in label printing of stock for identification
• oversee maintenance and tidiness of garden studio sets

Critical is the ability and confidence to drive a small transit-style van (car license), to deliver and collect samples between Gedney Hill and Peterborough.

You will be passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our customers and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment. A great organiser and confident communicator you’ll be eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.

To apply for this exciting and challenging role you will ideally have experience of operating within a fast paced, highly-pressurised environment. A knowledge of horticulture and Ideal World process would be an advantage, along with basic photography and video skills. An interest in gardening would also be a distinct plus!
