Role Overview & Responsibilities
Here at Whistlefish, we are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our brilliant team of people in our Dartmouth store as the store Supervisor.
Whistlefish are a family run Cornish company. We currently have 12 shops across Devon and Cornwall, selling a range of beautiful art greeting cards, gifts and prints.
As the Supervisor of our Dartmouth branch, you will be responsible for ensuring the shop runs smoothly and to the best of it's ability.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring weekly and monthly rota's are complete for the store team
- Recording and submitting accurate timesheets for yourself and your team
- Ensuring the shop is beautifully maintained and cleaned at all times
- Promoting the products to customers, and assisting where needed
- Working in the shop full time, and carrying out till transactions
- Linking in with the Area Manger on how your shop is performing
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves retail, and would like a new and exciting challenge.
The candidate must work within the rota, and work with the team to ensure all shifts are covered, including weekends.
