Grounds Maintenance / Landscape Operative (Northampton)

Who Are We Looking For?

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Landscape operative to join our business based in Northamptonshire. As a Landscape operative, you will be part of a longstanding team and responsible for the delivery of a range of high-quality landscape maintenance services to our range of commercial clients. Typical horticultural duties will include grass cutting, hedge cutting, spraying, planting with additional opportunity within sports turf management, dependant on experience and/or interest.

Skills & Experiences – Key Requirements

• Passionate about working in the outdoors and the work being carried out
• Driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• A strong team player with ability to work with colleagues but also independently when required
• Experience of working on corporate / commercial landscaped sites preferred but not essential
• Experience with working with horticultural equipment
• Qualifications in Horticulture preferred, but not essential
• Spraying Certificated – NPTC PA1 & PA6 preferred, but not essential
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential
• A full, clean UK driving licence

• Full-time, Permanent
• 40 hour working week with overtime available
