Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Administrative Assistant at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust within the Faculty of Research and Clinical Education (FORCE).
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration support service to the Business Support Manager, Nurse Education Team and administrative support to the Lead Nurse for Professional Development.
The post holder will be required to demonstrate a significant level of initiative in organising their own workload, and in taking decisions and action, some of which will be without the immediate advice of the Business Support Manager.
The post-holder will support administrative duties within both the pre-registration and post-registration work stream.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues to support the vision of education.
The post-holder will be expected to prioritise their own workload and meet regular deadlines. Applicants will require effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to develop positive working relationships with clinical and administrative staff from all levels in the Trust.
The post-holder will assist the FORCE team to promote a positive working environment, dedicated to delivering high standards of education and training to students and staff at the Trust.
