Role Overview & Responsibilities
A Level Biology / Chemistry Teacher in Central London
We are currently looking for an A Level Biology and / or Chemistry Teacher to work at a long-established, private college in Central London, which has been rated as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in its two most recent inspections.
There would be approximately 10 teaching hours per week (for each subject, including practicals), with teaching likely to be spread over 3 days during the week, to be mutually agreed between the successful candidate and college.
It is essential for candidates to be committed to the success of their students and to intend to see the role through until the end of the academic year.
For the right candidate, particularly those able to teach both Biology and Chemistry at GCSE and / or A Level, additional hours may be offered and a full-time position may be available.
QTS desirable but not essential.
