Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Philanthropy Team manages the V&A’s relationship with all major donors and key advocates. Liaising with senior staff and external volunteers, the Philanthropy Team identifies, cultivates and stewards major gifts towards the V&A’s funding priorities, such as its FuturePlan capital projects, acquisitions for the collections, world-class exhibitions, education programme and endowments.
Main Purpose of Job
To support the Philanthropy team’s administration and coordination in delivering exceptional donor care and administration across its stewardship and cultivation activities, for example, high profile exhibition openings, bespoke private tours, donor communications, funding proposals and reports.
