Role Overview & Responsibilities

Marketing Consultant responsibilities include:
The Marketing manager will be responsible for Marketing and communications – The role will include but not limited to.
1. Creating and implement PR and marketing strategies for the Grove.

2. Identify the appropriate marketing mix to get the message out to the target market.
3. Work with and identify stakeholders, partners to support with marketing initiatives
Role:
- Develop a PR & Marketing strategy and budgets by studying market indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.
- Contributes to PR and marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; and implementing directives.
- Obtains market share by developing PR & marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
- Maintains relations with stakeholders by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Develops new uses for existing products by analysing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analysing data; and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Study company profile and operations to understand the marketing needs.
- Work with the research team to conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
- Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans.
- Advise on Public relations, branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
- Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
- Liaise with marketing department and external vendors (within / outside of Aldar
- Monitor marketing projects and analyse results.
- Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £59,000.00 per year
