EDUCATION:
4 GCSEs, High School Diploma, or an equivalent academic qualification.
EXPERIENCE:
Progressively responsible experience in work involving the application of complex subject matter. As employees are required to research the Foreign Affairs Manual and apply it correctly, the incumbent must have prior experience navigating complex regulations and applying them in a practical work situation. Must also have experience in data entry and working as part of a team to provide a service, including extensive face-to-face contact with customers in a high volume, customer-orientated operation.
LANGUAGE:
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English (this may be tested).
