Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Department for Continuing Education is seeking to appoint a part-time receptionist to provide a high level of customer service to students, staff, visitors and residents.
Working at our busy Rewley House reception, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone. You must be trustworthy, well-presented and be able to use your initiative to answer queries and solve any problems. Your reception duties will include using the Department’s online booking system, so you will need to have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email. Reception experience would be a significant advantage for applicants applying for this post, although it is not essential.
The shift pattern is Fridays 5.15pm to 11.15pm and Sundays 1.45pm to 7.00pm
