Role Overview & Responsibilities
Truro and Penwith Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a dynamic Attendance nad Inclusion Lead with excellent knowledge and broad experience to guide and advise our Academies. As part of our dedicated Central Team, you will work with Headteachers, senior leaders, and school-based attendance officers to ensure all children are supported to have high attendance and to be included in education.
You will play a key role in improving outcomes, particularly for vulnerable and disadvantaged children. Applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of working within education to improve attendance and inclusion. You will be joining our Trust at an important point in our development, and will share our vision and values; we are committed to ensure every child is supported and inspired to achieve their full potential.
