Multi Trader / Builder / Handy Man

Applicants we are looking for will be working in Domestic Properties and able to complete the majority of Day-to-day repairs below:

Plumbing
Electrics (Basic)
Carpentry
Gutters, down pipes,
Replacing Doors and Locks
Tiling walls and floors (MUST BE ABLE TO DO)
Vinyl Flooring
Wood flooring and laminate
Replacing glass for windows
Painting and decorating - (MUST BE ABLE TO DO)

ADDITIONAL ABILITY NOT ESSENTIAL BUT PREFERED:

• Understanding of Roofs + patch repairs to roofs
• Bathroom Refurbs
• Kitchen Refurbs

The majority of the work we carry out is in West London. However, we do cover the rest of London within the M25.

• Post Code Scheduling (Reduced Travel Time).
• Company Van
• Bonuses
• Fuel & Parking are paid for by the company.

-Happy to work on the rota for Emergency out-of-hours call-outs.
-If you have your own van than the we can discuss further
-Applicants Must have their own Tools however we can assist

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: £160.00-£250.00 per day
