The Role
We believe a TONI&GUY reception is hugely important, the Front of House role is vital to the salon running smoothly and effectively. In this role you should:
- Be committed to supporting the salon manager.
- Ensure all clients receive warm Authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
- Help with the product orders for both colour and Label.m.
- Organise the rotas for the assistants.
- Maintain an organised, beautiful Front of House environment.
- Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
- Deliver hospitality levels of service.
- Most importantly, have fun and wear a smile… every day!
