Home Based (must be within a commutable distance to our Sunderland HQ due to regular training and meetings)

Imagine working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, and every challenge is unique. As part of the Fraud & Risk Operations team, you'll be using your natural listening and analytical skills to protect our players and our business from fraud and other risks. You'll be part of a critical team within our CX department, where you'll be at the forefront of detecting and preventing fraud and other risks. With your quick thinking and problem-solving skills, you'll always be thinking of new ways to meet the ever-changing demands of the industry.

We're looking for someone who is a natural leader and has experience in leading a team. You will be responsible for supporting the wider team in their day-to-day tasks, providing guidance and support for any escalations. You'll also be managing task completion, completing reports, and keeping up-to-date with the team Wiki space. With strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, you'll be confident in discussing sensitive topics and interacting with vulnerable customers.

What we need from you

• Experience of leading a team
• Knowledge of the EU Money Laundering Regulations
• The ability to be confident with risk interactions, and potentially discuss sensitive topics, which can include vulnerable customers.
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• The ability to digest information and present findings concisely.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively manage your own workload.
• Confident in using excel, word and PowerPoint.
