Same day delivery parcel drivers required – Based in Newbury, Hungerford, Thatcham, Abingdon, Witney, Oxford, Swindon and surrounding areas

Due to continued success and growth, Swift Couriers are looking for same day drivers for delivering throughout the UK! Swift Group of Companies, the largest independent courier company in the South of England, has, over recent years, coordinated significant growth of their Logistics Division’s across the UK; this development has been achieved through a healthy mix of organic, strategic and acquisitive growth, we are currently looking for candidates that want to join a well-established and professional same day company.

Job Description: • The job role requires you to collect from our wide range of clientele, and deliver immediately to the required destinations.

Candidate requirement: • The ideal candidate will have a good geographical knowledge of the UK… • Have a ‘Can-Do’ attitude that doesn’t mind going the extra mile (no pun intended) • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence • Must be willing and able to work within a team and use their own initiative • Good communication skills • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must • Must be deadline driven What you will get in return: • A vehicle will be provided along with fuel cards, uniform & a PDA device. • Wages are from £2,000 per month, plus overtime, plus a quarterly bonus as well as benefits/perks! • You'll be working for a growing company that is very friendly and supportive where there are many opportunities to progress within the business. • Full training and support in all aspects of the role If you feel that you have the right qualities and experience, we’re looking for, then we would love to hear from you so that we can discuss further. *** Interviewing now with an immediate start *** Job Type: Full-time Salary: £2,000 per month, rising to £2,100 after completion of 6 months’ probation period, overtime paid at £12.50p and Sunday over time £15 per hour and £100 quarterly bonus
