We are now recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our expanding Marketing team.


The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for support the Senior Graphic Designer in delivering design requirements for all Nutrivitality Ltd brands. Creating and producing inspiring and outstanding creative in response to design briefs and stakeholder requirements across all Nutrivitality Ltd brands.


The key accountabilities and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:


  • Support the Senior Graphic Designing working alongside the Senior Brand Executives to ensure concepts and designs evoke the brand tone of voice
  • Support the design function with occasional work for other SURESCREEN brands
  • Create innovative and eye-catching brand campaigns
  • Ensuring all work is in line with each individual brand values and follows the relevant brand and design guidelines
  • Working with other team members, brainstorming and sharing ideas
  • Research current trends in popular culture and design styles
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met and that all work is on-brand and on-brief
  • Support the Senior Graphic Designer in the designing of graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for all brands
  • Design, copywriting and creation of proposal documents to aid the sales team.
  • A passion for sharing your creative flair whilst maintaining corporate brand integrity
  • Design and produce printed design work including packaging, Brochures, Leaflets, National press ads, Forms and Documents and Advertisements
  • Generating fresh concepts and presenting them to the wider team for brand development
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts in line with the individual brands target audience
  • Supporting the Senior Brand Executives on creating some email marketing (Klaviyo) campaigns
  • Support the Senior Graphic Designer in preparing artwork files for print and collaborate with printers
  • Support the Senior Graphic Designer in creation of logos, icons, and other brand assets
  • Ensuring the presence of a strong and consistent brand image across all visual representation/marketing activity
  • Prioritise tasks, consider budget constraints and critical timelines
  • Managing stakeholder requirements efficiently and proactively through to project fulfilment

The ideal candidate will be/have:


  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Understanding of creative visual principles such as typography, layout, colour theory and brand identity
  • Animation creation experience (desirable)
  • Creative flair and attention to detail is essential
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • An organised and methodical individual who takes pride in seeing work done to the highest standards
  • Good verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate ideas clearly and liaise with other members of the team
  • The ability to work to a schedule and deliver tight turnarounds
  • The ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • A portfolio of design projects
  • A keen eye for visual details
  • Aesthetic skills
  • Design degree is desirable
