Butchery Production Assistant

The Savanna, the largest African Food Retailer is looking for an energetic and outgoing Butcher to join our growing team at our production facility in Wimbledon
Full training will be given on the job which includes :

• Preparing meat for slicing or mincing
• Training on slicing and mincing machines
• HACCP and SALSA procedures
• Quality Control inspections
• Development on New Products

Knowledge of African food products would be preferred but not essential.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
