We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cleaning, dishwashing, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work well with others and take direction from the head chef.

You will also be required to do some waitressing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of meals and food items.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Follow safety protocols when handling kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ensure that all food items are stored properly and safely.
• Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist in the restocking of kitchen supplies.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Take orders for food & drink from customers
• Take food to tables
• Clear tables
• Must be able to interact with customers and you must be polite

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: £7.50-£10.45 per hour
