Assistant Brand & Marketing Manager – Global Trade

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Head of Brand & Marketing – International and the Head of Brand & Marketing – TGB in developing clear, compelling and differentiated UK and International marketing propositions for TGB that will drive sales and build our brand.
• Supporting in the delivery of 'on-brand' and compelling propositions (i.e. NPD / Promos). You will support in the creation of the marketing brief and help oversee the project from said brief, through creative development to launch and then review, ensuring the campaign meets the brief across all touchpoints and hits its objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a multitude of internal stakeholders from various disciplines i.e. Commercial, to ensure complete alignment. You will also be a key contact for our International Distributors in terms of being their day to day contact for Marketing queries and issuing campaign assets as per our Critical Path.

What you will do:

• Ensuring the proposition is launched on time, to brief (across all touchpoints) and on budget.
• Laser focus on detail by ensuring project/campaign documentation (proposition decks and the Marketing calendar) is thorough and accurate, to enable clear and concise internal communication / updates to stakeholders when required.

The Ideal candidate:

• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
• Be flexible, highly-organised and able to manage time effectively whilst prioritising and completing deadlines.
• Have great attention to detail, proof-reading and ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard.

Preffered Skills:

• Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Have experience within a B2B environment.
• Have experience within the Beauty world.
• Have experience working with international stakeholders.
