The fields in Maidstone is looking for some fun, happy individuals to join the growing team. With a big investment coming soon we are looking for passionate people who are looking for full time and part time work. We are looking for all round servers who are happy being at the forefront of the business.

Experience not necessary as we will provide thorough training and development but if you have experience and fancy a new challenge there will be great opportunities to progress within the business.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,400 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for Bar & Waiting Staff to join our team!

There’s no doubt about it, Bar and Waiting jobs are fast-paced, but they are also great fun. You’ll be the face of Marston’s, welcoming customers with a smile and looking after them throughout their visit. Cheerful, energetic and enthusiastic, you love the hustle and bustle of pub service.

As part of the Bar and Waiting team you’ll:

· Create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere

· Be knowledgeable when taking orders, serve – and upsell – our fantastic food and drinks

· Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service

· Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed.

We’re not looking for experience – although it would be great if you had some – as we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to get you up to speed with how we like things done. What we do need are hardworking, team players bursting with personality and a passion for people.

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
