We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager (Adult), Residential and Children’s Home support workers.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed individuals to provide care and safeguard the welfare of our students, aged 9 – 25 years who are profoundly deaf and have additional needs. This is a great opportunity to be part of a talented team, supporting our student’s education, promoting their social, emotional wellbeing and developing independence.

· Registered Manager (Adult), £38-41k FTE Full Time 42 weeks
· Residential Care Worker - £24,882-26,875 (including sleep-in allowance), 42 hours per week, term time
· Children’s Home Worker – £25,837-29,877 (including sleep-in allowance), all year round
The Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults; as such an enhanced DBS and reference check is required. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore applicants are required to declare any cautions, convictions, reprimands and final warnings that are not protected (i.e. that are not filtered out) as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
