Archivist
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
The role will be responsible for management of TauRx Archiving quality as per ICH/GCP
guidelines, the TauRx Quality Management System (QMS) and other regulatory requirements,
maintenance of an inspection ready on-site company document archive and associated
processes, as well as implementation and maintenance of an inspection ready company
electronic archive and associated document processes. In addition, the role has management
responsibilities for the TauRx Deputy Archivist.
Education:
- Degree educated desirable (life sciences preferred) or equivalent combination of education,
Experience:
- Proven experience of paper/electronic archiving and document management
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional [or similar], web-based document indexing and
viewing application. Knowledge of i.e., scanning, extracting, uploading, OCR, rendering,
bookmarking/linking, document verification and compiling
- Experience in collecting, scanning and coding documentation
This is a full-time, permanent position, based in our Aberdeen office. Part-time/remote working
may also be considered for the right candidate.
