You will use your excellent planning and administrative skills to help deliver a programme of artist-led workshops and events for young people aged 15 – 25. Working in partnership with local youth sector, community, FE and HE organisations you will lead on projects that engage diverse young audiences, both in the galleries and online, ensuring that they are co-created, properly resourced and delivered on time.
Your strong project management skills and collaborative working style means that you will be able to organise logistics for small to large events, both onsite, offsite and in the digital realm, with the ability to co-ordinate people and oversee budgets. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with Tate staff as well as strategic partner organisations, including cultural and youth sector partners, schools, local authorities and universities. You will also have experience of using social media and producing digital content and a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity, and the work of Tate.
