The Revenues and Benefits Section is looking for a hardworking, flexible positive person to join our team.
This is primarily a back office role processing Council tax liability for the 114,000 Swansea residents. However there is a frequent requirement to support our Customer Services team on the telephone or face to face in the contact centre.
An understanding of Council Tax and previous use of a data imaging system is desirable.
This is an office based role with some flexibility for home working.
