Role Overview & Responsibilities
Band 3 Occupational Therapy Assistant 1.0 WTE, permanent contract
We are looking for a committed Band 3 Occupational Therapy support worker, to work as part of the Adult Mental Health, inpatient Occupational Therapy team at Mill View Hospital, Hove, East Sussex.
The post holder will be based on Caburn, our female acute admissions ward. You will be responsible for delivering both group and 1:1 therapeutic intervention to patients experiencing acute mental health difficulties. You will use specific psycho-social, occupational and sensory-based interventions to promote patients’ recovery and wellbeing.
