Nail Technician

Sunkissed Tanning and Beauty Limited is a unisex salon providing a range of services. These include sunbeds on the ground floor, with a wide range of beauty treatments and hair dressing services offered upstairs.

Due to our ever expanding customer base, we require a full time (or 2 part time) fully qualified nail technician to join our team, with an immediate start available. Consideration will also be given to someone who wishes to rent a nail station in our salon.

Job description (Nail Technician)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the condition of clients nails and advise them on proper care and suitable treatments and aftercare products.
• Nail treatments.

• Manage appointments.
• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival.
• Update client records with contact details and treatments received.
• Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilised before use.
• Able to occasionally help with reception duties.

Requirements

• Be fully qualified in gel nails (essential) and acrylic nails (preferable).
• Hands-on experience providing the above listed treatments.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Willing to learn new and innovative treatments within a growing salon.
• Good time keeping, organisation skills and working as part of a team is essential.
• Able to ensure the salon is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness on a daily basis.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
