Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities

• Send invoices on a daily basis once all details have been verified to be correct
• Check the bank statements, post and allocate the credit card payments in our PMS system
• Assist guests with billing queries both email and telephone
• Solving chargeback queries and credit card disputes
• Assist AR supervisor in running the weekly/monthly Credit Meeting

What we are looking for

• Can-do attitude - Finance experience is a must. Experience in Hospitality or a service-based industry an advantage, but not essential
