Job Title: Waiter & Waitress
Location: Soho, Marylebone, London
Hours: Full-time
Schedule: 5 days out of 7, on rotational basis, including weekends
Salary: Average is £11.59 - £13 ph (£9.50 ph plus tronc)

• Good English – written and verbal
• Italian speaking (desirable, not necessary)
• A well-presented and people-person
• Excellent customer service
• Positive, confident, and highly organised
• Drive to develop yourself within the beverage industry (WSET/Mixology)
• Calm under pressure
• Multitasker and team player
