Are you ready to take the step into leadership? We are looking for an exceptional Early Years Educator to continue to drive improvement in our early years. In October 2022, our EYFS was graded Good by Ofsted, but we are driven to have an Outstanding provision. You will work alongside our Head of School to support children's development in all aspects of the EYFS curriculum.

To be successful, you will develop effective practice and ensure high quality provision for all children by reflecting on skills developed through observation and support.

In addition, you will work in partnership with parents and to value and utilise parent's contribution to support children's well-being, learning and development as well as develop and improve the quality and effectiveness of the EYFS by working collaboratively.
