An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join the Wakefield Community Learning Disabilities Health Service. This is a full-time post.
Our well-established Team provides service in Wakefield, which consists of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, learning disability nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapist, speech & language therapists, dietician and healthcare support staff. The Team works together deliver therapeutic assessment and treatment and to support adults with LD and their families/carers.
The Trust is committed to staff development and in-house training to enable the applicant to fulfil the requirements of the role. There is a trust wide Physio Forum led by the professional lead which offers support and CPD opportunities.
