Source Of Life Bakehouse is a family bakery, specialising in artisan sourdough and all things baked goods.
We're looking for a new Baker to join our team in our daily dedication of producing delicious, nutritious and sustainable sourdough.
The role is a 40 hours Monday to Friday , permanent role.

From you, we will expect:
- Experience with sourdough production including mixing, shaping and oven shifts are essential.
- Experience in producing production schedules, rotas and working to delivery timetables
- An ability to develop new seasonal artisanal baked good products
- To strive towards greater sustainability and zero waste
- An ability to produce and maintain extremely high standards
- High standards for food safety and hygiene

After 3 months period we disuss yearly salary
