Front of House and Kitchen Staff

About us:

SnowflakesDesserts is a growing dessert shop in Chesterfield, selling a range of hot and cold desserts to the local community . Our aim is to become the biggest and best dessert shop in the city while providing value to each and everyone one of our customers.

There are 3 different roles available:

FRONT OF HOUSE

We are looking for trusty, well-presented front of house staff to supplement our existing team. Front of house staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers over the phone and in store. You will be expected to take customer orders and convey their requests to kitchen staff.

MILKSHAKE MAKER

We are looking for someone to make milkshakes in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will be required to make milkshakes as per customer order and will need to be able to communicate with other members of the kitchen on when to complete the milkshakes.

CHEF ASSIST

We are looking for a reliable fast paced staff to assist our chef. Responsibilities will include preparing orders as per requirements. Helping the chef with making orders and ensuring the kitchen is kept to clean and hygienic environment. Communicate effectively with other team members in order to complete orders.

Please note for all the above roles you will be provided with training and one on one shadowing on all the roles outlined above.

The hours range from 5pm-11pm everyday, however we are flexible and can work around your schedule.
