Permanent Consultant Interventional Radiologist

The Position

Full Time (10 PA's) Consultant Interventional Radiologist

There will be an on-call commitment currently 1 in 11, with a 4-day weekday and 3-day weekend cover. On-call is currently outsourced to a teleradiology service between 8pm-9am weekdays and 3pm-9am weekends. Home reporting has been functional at the trust since before the pandemic and there is an option for working extended days if preferred.

There will be a new countywide PACS system early next year, which will enable much closer interaction and cross cover as needed between the two hospital sites.

Essential Criteria

MBBS or equivalent

FRCR or equivalent

Previous interventional experience

NHS experience is desirable

GMC registration with license to practice

£84,559 to £114,003
