We are a 2 floored, family owned restaurant offering a tapas menu alongside quality homemade Italian pizzas and cocktails. 95 covers internally with a lovely garden (further 60 covers). We have Shuffle Boards and Escape rooms making the Shuffle House a very unique and popular restaurant. We are looking for a creative passionate pizza chef to join our team. You must have at least 1 years experience in a high volume pizza restaurant (up to 120 pizzas a night), the ability to work alone under pressure, experience in Neopolitan style dough, both stretching and cooking in the pizza oven. You will be working under the head pizza chef and covering as head pizza chef when our current chef is off/away.

We ideally want a full time chef who is happy to work in our pizza kitchen and other kitchens. But happy to take on a part time chef to only work in the pizza section.

Hourly rate depending on experience. Available immediately for paid trial shift making dough and baking pizzas.
