Zero Hours Delivery Driver

We are looking for a Zero Hours Delivery Driver for our Ilkeston branch.

If you are highly motivated, have experience with transit vans and delivery driving and are customer orientated, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

There are no guaranteed hours, as you would be working hours as and when required.

Main Purpose of Job:

To carry out deliveries to our branch network on a zero hour basis, this role will include Saturday working. The role does not include a guarantee of regular full time work.

Key Accountabilities:

• Making multiple deliveries to existing customers.
• Collecting cash daily from our existing customers.
• Returning unrequired products to the local branch
• Ensure we offer high quality customer service day in day out.
• Report any feedback / requirements from our customers to the Branch.
• Update all required paperwork on a daily basis.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company vehicle is kept in a clean, maintained & road legal condition.
• Follow company procedures at all times.
• Ad hoc jobs as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• A Driving License [Preferably Clean].
• A good local knowledge of the area.
• Previous Multi drop experience.
• A smart personal appearance.
• Numeracy and literacy.
• Punctuality at all times.
• A flexible attitude.
• Professional Manner.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.42 per hour
