As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Shift Supervisor to join the pallet division.

Your role:*

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will oversee the pallet manufacturing process. You will manage a shift and all direct staff to ensure the smooth running of the production process. Ensure all products are made to the correct specifications and all targets and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. Ensure that all direct staff comply with the Company’s Health and Safety procedures.

Your duties will include but not limited to, ensuring productivity against plan is achieved while maintaining quality and excellent health and safety standards. The successful individual shall effectively drive a well organised working environment, to ensure output is maximised allowing for on time deliveries whilst meeting customer’s high expectations. You will encourage and maintain strong relationships within your team to ensure optimal performance.

As an experienced Shift Supervisor you will have experience in leading and mentoring a team whilst leading by example. You should be flexible in your approach within this fast paced environment with a proven track record of driving productivity and planning whilst being mindful of ever changing demands. Excellent attention to detail and competency in decision making and problem solving is key to success.
