Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're looking for a outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Cornwall Sales team as a Viewing Assistant.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet prospective purchasers and clients at the properties for viewings
- To cover anywhere from Newquay to Bude and inland
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
- Have a good understanding of the property market
- Fantastic business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market
- Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly
- To have knowledge and experience of the north coast of Cornwall
- Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market

- Self-Motivated
