Night Hygiene Supervisor

Salisbury Poultry are looking for Night Hygiene Supervisor to join their busy Chicken Factory team. Duties include:

• To effectively assist the management of night time cleaning operations to ensure KPI’s targets and business objectives are met
• To ensure cleaning operations are conducted in compliance with customer specifications, whilst meeting, quality, productivity and cost targets
• To ensure adherence to Food Standards legislation throughout the production process
• To ensure strip downs, deep cleans and reassembly of all equipment as necessary on daily basis
• Supervise and audit the quality of clean and ensure non-conformance are dealt in a timely manner to ensure product integrity is not compromised
• Control of your resources, labour and chemical usage
• Ensure accurate records are completed and implemented to provide effective administration for the purpose of external audits and due diligence

Shift Pattern:

- Hours range from 6pm - 5am

Pay:

· £29,000.00 per annum plus overtime
