Salary:£35360 – £41600/annum

This is a van mobile role covering all aspects of reactive and planned pub and restaurant plumbing across London. You will work primarily across our pub, restaurant and bar contracts and will be currently working in a similar commercial plumbing role. You will travel daily between jobs and closely collaborate with our dedicated in-house team who will manage your diary. As the front line of our business, you will deliver consistently excellent property care by offering reliable, timely solutions and a customer-first attitude.

• £35,360 to £41,600 base salary, dependent upon experience
• Uncapped earnings
• Overtime paid at time and a half

We are open to discussion about self-employed roles for tradespeople with their own vans.
Must Haves:

• 2 years plumbing experience ideally specialising in servicing, repairing and maintenance in the hospitality sector.
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (Level 2 will be considered with the right experience)
• Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
• Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
• Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
• Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
• Own tools.
• Clear DBS.
