Reports to: Post Office Manager
Department: Property Management Services
Purpose
Serving customers in a wide range of transactions providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Assisting in the efficient and accurate running of the Post Office.
Responsibilities
- Key holding
- Cash handling
- Handling customer queries and providing assistance when necessary
- Banking shop lodgments
- Balancing the office – daily and weekly
- Staying up to date with new launches and products
- Providing a positive impression of the company to our customers
- To assist in the overall running of the business wherever possible
Educational qualifications
High numeracy and literacy skills
Applicants must be 18 years old and over.

Cash handling. Customer service. Teamwork
Other relevant information
A degree of flexibility is required in the following areas
- Hours – extra may be required as the needs of the business dictates
- Travel – the need to travel to another office if required
