We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants to cover night shifts (Waking Nights). Waking night shifts are not as intensive as a day time shift and can be suitable as an extra income for anyone. We will explain what it entails in our interviews.

If you’re new to care then don’t worry, we will teach you everything you need to know by providing our industry leading training. We welcome new CareGivers to our awesome care family with open arms. Right at Home offers a very effective bespoke “New Care worker programme” which offers ample shadowing and detailed face to face training covering wide subject matters. Our Care Assistants WILL become the best in the business, that’s our promise. No other care company is known to offer a New Care worker programme.

Waking night Care Assistants pay rates (inclusive of holiday pay):

· Weekday Nights £14.01

· Weekend Nights £15.13

· Bank Holiday nights £20.17

Duties will include:

· Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

· Personal care

· Administering medication

· Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

· Moving and Handling.

· Shopping

· Housekeeping

· Meal preparation

· Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Waking nights Care Assistant:
