Role Overview & Responsibilities
Recra is working in partnership with a reputable equipment company who are looking to add additional Junior CNC Operator/Setters to join the team due to continued growth.
Main duties include:
Main duties include:
- Operate & set machine tools.
- Check & examine products.
- Correctly and accurately use handheld measuring equipment.
- Identify quality issues.
- Hit daily production targets.
- Keep the machine/workstation tidy and free from slips, trips, and falls.
- To act professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with milling machines. (Siemens controls).
- Experience with milling/grinding. (not essential) (training will be given).
- Experience with Fanuc controls.
- Experience with Doosan sync machines. (not essential).
- Be reliable and hard-working.
- Be Familiar with CNC Machine Tools and Measuring Equipment.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Full training will be given.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- 8 am - 4:30 pm. (Early finishes on a Friday).
