Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for Care Assistants to provide care and support for individuals with Dementia at Priory Adult Care's St Mark's Court in Swansea.
St Mark's Court is a purpose-built home and has an excellent reputation within the community. The home provides nursing care for up to 40 older people. Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Care Assistant role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.
Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
