Position:

Joining Petit Bateau means being able to benefit from a development path that allows you to have a clear career path through an HR policy focused on the employee experience (training, transverse missions, mobility).

As a JUNIOR SALESMAN (w/m/d) you will be a committed ambassador in our Marylebone's store. You will carry out sales from A to Z (from the reception to the cashing / taking of vacations), and will carry out all the tasks of non-sales allocated, necessary for the good functioning of this one.

We are looking for a full time and a part time.

Your main activities will be as follows:

Advise customers to satisfy 100% of their expectations

• Embody and transmit the history, the 'values', the commitments of the brand
• Propose products and services in a personalized way with the right technical arguments according to the identified need
• Recruit and retain Petit Bateau customers through the CRM program and satisfaction

Achieve revenue to develop the profitability of the point of sale

• Support the sale from A to Z and transform
• Know the procedures cash, refunds, returns ...
• Contribute to the achievement of the objectives and the development of the physical and omnichannel turnover of the point of sale

Performnon-sales tasks for a premium in-store experience:

• Participate in the visual merchandising by respecting PB standards (labeling, merchandising, POS, folding, cleanliness)
• Respect and apply stock management procedures (receiving, sending parcels, restocking, stockroom storage, inventory)
