Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
£33k per annum rising to £34k after probation.
We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join our responsive maintenance team in Liverpool. Within this role, you will install, service and maintain electrical systems and appliances in domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards.
- Trace, locate and rectify faults and ensure systems and appliances are left in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations.
- Communicate effectively with your line manager/supervisor, residents and the scheduling team.
Requirements
- 18th edition
- 2931 test and inspect
- NVQ level 3
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £33,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
