Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client is a well established, profitable, multi-sited organisation. They have a new
permanent requirement within their Commercial Finance team for a Data Analyst.
Reporting into the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with monthly and weekly reporting.
- P&L database management, including validation of information received
from Regional teams.
- Performing regular and adhoc analysis of key data elements to ensure
consistency and integrity of reporting.
- Responding to and performing trouble shooting for any discovered or
reported discrepancies.
- Supporting the provision of all commercial data and analysis.
- Assisting with preparing presentations for Management.
- Reporting on relevant KPIs.
- Database maintenance support for Pricing and Capex Manager: pricing,
competitor and project databases.
Candidates that apply must have previous experience of working with Data, ideally
within an analytical or finance role. You should be numerate and analytically
minded, with excellent attention to detail, able to work to deadlines and possess
strong systems skills, in particular Excel.
On offer is a salary of 28-32k depending on experience, good benefits and hybrid
working, with the opportunity for future progression, free onsite parking and close
proximity to a train station.
