Retail Analyst Intern

POSITION: RETAIL OPERATIONS ANALYST INTERN

DEPARTMENT: RETAIL

LOCATION: HIGH STREET KENSINGTON, LONDON

REPORTS TO: RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER / DIRECT REPORTS: NONE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Liaising between Head Office and the Retail Field Team
• Support the Retail Operations Team in daily tasks and projects to support the field and store based team, reporting and general admin

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce, develop and maintain accurate reporting to track retail and client KPIs to support POS digital transformation
• Manage weekly admin across all digital tools
• Ensure purchase orders and invoices are cleared in a timely manner via SAP, tracking retail spend is in-line with Retail budget
• Produce Weekly Communications to Dior Ambassadors and Field Team
• Prepare and track Dior Ambassadors store based incentives
• Coordinate and assist with booking all retail excursions including hotel, flight and activities bookings
• Liaising with Commercial, Marketing, CRM and Merchandising teams to maximise retail sell out
• Prepare the retail and external meetings, support producing best in class presentations where needed
• Manage Retail Operations stock
• Ad-hoc send outs when requested

External contacts: Retailers, Third party agencies and suppliers

• Microsoft office : Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• SAP (preferable, not essential)

PROFILE

• Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
• Experience in sales and or marketing within the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential
