Poultry Farm Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our expanding Business is looking to appoint a Poultry Manager to oversee our site based near Holsworthy, Devon. This unique opportunity has arisen to manage a site that consists of commercial egg laying and rearing.

· The ideal candidate will be formally qualified in poultry husbandry or have previous poultry experience.

· The role requires leading and managing all daily production operations and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform efficiently and professionally in a fast moving challenging environment are required

· Creating and sustaining close working relationships with colleagues and customer base.

· This is a hands on role and requires good organisational and motivational skills to ensure legal and audit compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
