Role Overview & Responsibilities
Site Supervisor - Cleaning
Location: Withington neighbourhood, Greater Manchester
Wage: £12.50 per hour – Permanent (40hr per week)
Start Date: Negotiable
Reporting to: Site Cleaning Manager
Assisting the Site Manager in all of the following and covering the Site Manager in their absence.
NuServe Ltd is recruiting for a dynamic and energetic person to Supervise a key account in the Withington area of Manchester. You will have the ability to successfully supervise the day to day cleaning operation of the site, ensuring that you are building great relationships with both our clients and the operatives who report to you. Consistent operational excellence, responding to queries and concerns immediately, and customer satisfaction must be important to you..
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling staff rotas, dealing with leave requests, and arranging cover when necessary
- Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news conducting Tool Box Talks
- Maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, ensuring staff have adequate Fire Safety Training
- Recruiting, training, and helping staff reach their professional development goals
- Devising work schedules that will enhance performance on site
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld, auditing site monthly.
- Input payroll weekly
- Assist in Writing site monthly reports.
- Assisting in Disciplinaries when required
- Develop relationships with clients and maintain regular contact to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Respond to both clients' and operatives' concerns timeously
- Keep the site documentation current and correct.
- Follow and promote NuServe's ethics, values and policies

- You will have experience in a customer facing
- You will be able to communicate very effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- You can prioritise and able to plan ahead, but, at the same time, are flexible and able to change plans at the last minute..
- You can make decisions and then take responsibility for the outcome.
