Role Overview & Responsibilities

NO Uniform is an award winning uniform design company founded in 2002 by designer Nicholas Oakwell. The company is the UK leader in bespoke design uniforms wining numerous international contracts. Its clients are premarily the luxury 5/6 star International Hotel market as well independent restaurants. Our objective is to provide clients with designed uniforms that specifically fit their brand, whilst acknowledging current fashion trends.

The Role involves…
The company is looking for a dynamic strong leader to be able to develop and build a team along with supply chain for our expanding product range a clients.

  • Men’s and ladies’s tailoring
  • Men’s and ladies’s separates
  • Men’s and ladies’s accessories

Manage and build a team production team
Set and manager budgets / costings
Negotiate with supply chains
Set departmental procedures and implement
Set quality standards in the company and implement
Manage stock control
Manage existing supply chain and build upon
Work with design department to produce the range for each client with the product development team
Work with client account managers to deliver orders on time and on budget.
Manage critical paths.
The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a minimum 10 years of senior fashion production experience, be well organised, problem solver, team leader and team player, excellent knowledge of both design and production, previous management experience, a supply chains.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per year
