Full time post – 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking to employ a full time, Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to work within our inpatient service to support individuals with a learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
We are looking for individuals with who will enjoy the challenge that the role offers while demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes, staff wellbeing and building a culture of nursing excellence
The post holder would be required to work on a full-time day/night rotational basis. We are looking for someone with past experience or genuine interests in supporting individuals living with a learning disability and/ or Autism. Level 3 Prevention and management of Violence and Aggression training is Essential. Experience in a care setting is desirable and further training will be given to the successful candidate.

The post involves day and night rotation working a 12-hour shift pattern
